Not some magic cure, but definitely conducts current
I've heard of the benefits of grounding for a while, literally the meaning behind "touch grass", but I know it's not some magical cure. I will say it have felt a few less aches and pains from my regular activities, but I've made several changes to my lifestyle. I was skeptical of the pillowcase actually conducting electricity but I was using an induction charging device while leaning back on my pillow and felt small shocks where my skin was contacting the pillow case. let me make this clear, it DOES NOT SHOCK YOU NORMALLY, you almost feel nothing when just sleeping on it. I just shared that story to showcase that it does function to carry a current away from your body. Whether those free radicals are leaving and helping me heal remains to be seen. But even if it's incremental, it's worth a try. Read more
