Pretty close to flavorless, I mean, can't really expect it to taste like nothing. I mix this in my morning coffee and it blends well with the coffee taste - making my coffee stronger flavored. I do use Stevia and Silk creamer, no so sure I'd be able to stand it in plain black coffee, as it does add a little flavor note. Also mixes well into protein drink mixes and of course you can add this to just about any hot meal, like soups or stews to get you daily dose. I also have this brands capsules, so on days I just don't have time to mess with it or forgot to take it I can quickly consume a few pills. Pros: Took some mixing, but ultimately all mixed in well. Better than I have experienced with another. Cons: smell and flavor. So gar, i have only mixed it with water. When opening the package i could smell the product instantly. Was hoping it wouldnt transfew to taste, but it did. Sadly, the smell/taste reminds me of the smell growing up on a farm where mice would crawl in the walls of my bedroom and die. That nasty smell. Thats the first thing that i thought of...eek! --BUT-- *if you take small sips, its not bad. But if you gulp, expect the taste. * the smell taste is there, but not super strong. Just..there... *I havent tried with other drinks...maybe something with it's own flavor, like coffee, tea, lemonade, it will be better. I will try and update review. Plus, i havent used it long enough to see results.
