I take a wide variety of supplements but don’t really know what I should be doing. Gruns makes it easy by putting all of those fancy super greens into a fun gummy bear. The taste is pretty good! It’s not too sweet, but it also doesn’t taste like 6 grams of fiber and 20+ vitamins and minerals. I’d say this tastes better than a multivitamin gummy (which I enjoy!). And despite how healthy they are, they didn’t upset my stomach or give me the (G)runs. I’d probably stick them in the fridge because they can get a little oily at room temp (but they’re still good). They taste like a pasture product. At times the taste is tolerable, other times they just do not taste good at all. And they are really expensive. Am glad I bought a smaller package as these Sugar Free Grüns do not agree with me. And was a month in using Wygovy for weight loss. The product does not lessen the appetite, or curb it, unless the package of Grüns tastes bad. Yuk. Two issues is severe flatulence & and diarrhea. Coworkers were making fun of my gas related issues and they will not ever try them out. Grüns ought to sell smaller, less expensive packages so people can try them out before buying a $40 or higher priced bag. I have half a bag left, and my body cannot handle them. Read more

These gummies were really good! I had no idea what to expect but I was very pleasantly surprised! Firstly I think I had envisioned they would be the same texture as gummy bears, but it is more like a fruit leather. I didn’t mind this at all and it doesn’t get stuck in my teeth which is great. It definitely does not have a “green” taste, which I am grateful for. In fact, it tastes so delicious that I keep wanting to eat more! They come in cute little individual packs that are perfect to throw in my lunch bag and the large bag itself is resealable. The sugar content is reasonable and they even offer a sugar free version. This is the second time I've purchased this product. At first, I didn't entirely like the taste, but that's only because I was comparing it to Black Forest juicy fruit snacks which has a much more tart and intense flavor. Grüns is more subtle, but it grew on me over time and now I like them a lot. As far as taste goes, 5 stars. Effectiveness? I genuinely wouldn't be able to tell you unless maybe I got my blood work done to show direct before and after results. Is my energy better? Maybe a little bit. It operates as a snack more than a meal (duh, I know, but comparing this to Soylent, I kind of expect a multi vitamin and mineral food to fill me up more), so they aren't exactly filling. I like these over any other type of snack I might eat, that's for sure. Because this is essentially a fruit smoothie in a gummy form, I'd imagine your body is much better able to actually absorb the nutrients within. I wish I could be more definitive, but I'm not a scientist and my nutrient levels from before Grüns wasn't worryingly low. So to me, this just gives me a mild boost in energy. Which I'll absolutely take. Update: I work 10 hour shifts and these have been excellent for snacking in between breaks. My very 1st impressions. When you open the individually packaged gummies you are hit with a smell. A very "greens" healthy smell that does not smell like they would taste good at all. BUT they actually taste very nice. Def not like a gummy candy, but a healthy sweetness that is nice. They don't taste like they smell at all. So that is great. The texture is soft and they don't get stuck in your teeth. I ate them 1st thing in the morning without eating anything first to see how they made my stomach feel. Although I don't have any stomach ache, I am burping them up. And I don't like that aftertaste at all. I would not recommend eating them on an empty stomach. But if you eat them after having breakfast, you should avoid that issue. They are bit expensive, but for what nutrients you are getting per bag I think that it could be worth the money. I give them 4 stars because of these pretty minor issues. I will continue to eat these daily. I will see how I feel after my 10 day supply before I decide if I will reorder them or not. But as far as really healthy nutrient packed gummy vitamins go, I do believe that these could be on the top of the list.
