Price is excellent vs comparable products. Seems to rank high among many 3rd party lists coming just behind chairs in the $450-$700 range. Comes in quite a few peices, but is easy to put together with clear instructions and even soare hardware just in case. Purchased for 13 yr old brother for console gaming. The media could not be loaded. My grandson is 6' tall & fits quite comfortably in this chair. He's a very busy guy with school, extra curricular activities and volunteering & all he wants is to be able to wind down in his gaming chair in his game room. He sent me a photo with this exact chair after he'd done his own research. He put the chair together himself in approx an hour. He thought that was pretty good 🙂 The chair is comfortable andright forhis height & the blue is his favorite color. There's features like the arms adjust, there's a foot rest and the chair reclines. A good chair, overall comfortable and well made for gaming/computing. Purchased for a 20y.o. and he is fond of the color combo and styling of the chair. I initially ordered the blue chair, but received the black chair instead. Customer support contacted before it arrived and advised I cancel the order, but I missed the email. They offered for me to keep the black chair in exchange for some money back and less hassle on my end, but I declined. They then helped to facilitate returning the incorrect chair and sent the correct one. It took a bit longer than I would have liked, but I was willing to wait. Overall, customer service was very helpful. The chair itself is easy to set up and comfortable. I was worried about it not matching my set up, but it fits fine and is easy to maneuver and adjust. This chair has held up well for 7 months. The foot rest is great but could be sturdier. The pricing is on the mark. I'd recommend this to some one who doesn't want to spend much. The higher end gamer chairs go for $300+. This one is affordable for a budget gamer or a young kid starting out. Read more
