Chair came in a good box. Instructions very simple and good tool to complete the assembly. First impressions of the chair it feels comfortable sitting on it. I have not try it yet. Very comfortable
My husband absolutely LOVES this chair! He said it is so comfortable and he loves the extended foot rest, reclining, and the lumbar support pillow! He finds it to be a very sturdy and strong chair. My son wanted a gaming chair for Christmas so decided to try this one. He absolutely loves it. It’s very comfortable, looks great, has a nice recline, and functions great for him. The assembly felt like a bit much, but not really any way around it. Read more

Colors on pictures don’t match product
I ordered a white chair. Got a BLUE chair. Shipping was late by a few days. Pictures are way off. Chair I ordered looked white with blue strips in their main picture. I got an all blue chair. That should be false advertising at a minimum. The holes in the back rest don’t line up straight so the back rest is crooked as shown in the picture above. The foot rest has no stop so it will slide all the way out easily. The only good thing I can say is that all the pieces come with the kit and assembly is not extremely difficult but disappointing after all that hard work for the chair to look like it’s leaning to one side because the wholes in the back were off.
