I have used this 3 times and the liquid came out. It was stored in the original box, on a shelf, never used in the deep freezer, never dropped. Plus when the liquid came out it crystallized on my wood floor, taking a half hour to scrub. Edit: I contacted customer service and will be getting a full refund once it's returned. Read more
