I was able to get rid of the smell by turning it inside out and spraying it with vinegar (lots of it).... then I washed it on gentle and let it air dry (still inside out). This faux leather skirt is both beautiful and versatile. I am 5'6, 150 lbs, and went with the medium and it fit perfectly! It has a slight stretch to it in the waist with allows it to fit nicely while being comfortable enough for all day wear. The skirt can be dressed up or dressed down, so it's a great staple to have in your closet. Male review. I have a 36" waist. I ordered an XXL and it fits perfect. The skirt has a good feel with good material and a strong back zipper. The skirt is form fitting and thus far has not flared out like some skirts tend to do. The XXL skirt fits perfect on my 36" waist and doesn't slide down. I have no issues with the construction or the quality of this skirt. Please note, the actual length of this skirt, from top to bottom, is 18". I have already purchased this skirt in a different color and might purchase more. Update: because I was so happy with my XXL black skirt, I ordered a white skirt in XXL. I wanted this skirt as a basic piece that I can dress up or down. Would look super cute with a sweater and OTT boots in winter, or with a band tee and chucks in the summer. If you have a shape (smaller waist and bigger butt/thighs) please DO NOT buy this. The skirt is so cute in person and the quality looks decent but the it is shaped like a box. According to reviews, I sized up. The large fit just right around my thighs but there were a few inches of space in the waist. I returned it for a medium and the medium fit in the waist but was too tight around the thighs. The skirt just will not be flattering and won't fit if you are even somewhat shapely. Read more

Im 5'0 116 pounds and normally order a small, but wanted to be comfortable so went to a size medium and it fits perfectly! Not too short and i love the soft feel of the material, and the cute silver zipper in the back adds a nice touch. Im going to a rock concert so ordered the red and can't wait to wear it.
