This skirt is perfect for me, I teach early elementary and am on the floor A LOT with my kiddos, skirts like this are perfect to maintain a professional appearance, but practical for sitting on the floor with little ones. The length is okay, bordering on short for my long legs. For reference, I am six feet tall, weigh about 200lbs, at the time of review, and ordered an XL in black. I was on the fence about ordering a large, and am so glad I went with the XL, and should have sized up. I can zip this; however, I carry my weight in my midsection and had to hike the skirt up to get it zipped, which made it uncomfortable and shorter on my legs. The built-in shorts are such a blessing, but uncomfortable for me currently. My weight fluctuates at extremes, so when I drop 15-20 pounds this will fit much better, that being said, order up at least one size from your true size as the fit of this is smaller than you would expect. Overall, I would absolutely buy this skirt again in other colors but in a larger size, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a modest short skirt. Read more

The under skirt is attached to the waist band & doesn’t give. The underskirt doesn’t give much either & the way it was attached made it difficult to put on. Modified skirt by cutting the underskirt out. Now I can wear it. Also got an extra large instead of large. Otherwise I really like skirt so will keep it. Read more
