The glasses started to go crooked. Gucci offers a two-year warranty on the glasses, but Luxuryeyes is not an authorized retailer, so this warranty doesn't apply. I contacted the seller for help. First, they told me the two-year warranty had already expired (there are still two months left). Then, they told me, "Since they were on sale, the warranty is no longer valid." I really liked these sunnies, but I had to be home for the delivery and missed it the first time so they took a few weeks to arrive, so that was a bit of a drag. Also, the frames were too large for my face so they kept sliding down. I went to an eyeglass shop thinking I could get them tightened, but they said all they could do was melt the frames to bend them more behind my ears to make them a little more snug but it wouldn’t do much and then I probably couldn’t return them. I really liked them, they came with a pretty case and an authenticity card, but I ended up returning them because I just need smaller ones. Read more
