This is a great value for the price, especially if you can get it at a steep discount. Since this particular model uses a less popular L-shaped connector instead of the standard straight USB-C connector, it often sells for less, which makes it an even better deal. In terms of performance, it delivers as promised. It can capture 4K at 60FPS, works well with both QuickTime and OBS on Mac, and is truly plug-and-play, so setup is quick and easy. It doesn’t quite match the Elgato Cam Link 4K when it comes to image color straight out of the box, but with a bit of tweaking to the color and saturation, it gets pretty close. Considering it costs around 70–80% less, that tradeoff feels worth it. Overall, if you don’t mind the L-shaped connector, this is a solid purchase and a very budget-friendly alternative. Read more
