I really like the look of these boots! The gold embellishments make them look expensive. I like everything about them until I put them on. I am always a size 8, but I just couldn't even walk in these. They weren't necessarily too small, they were just very stiff and uncomfortable. The material looks premium and the price reflects the durability. I’ve only worn them once so far, but even on the first wear they were actually comfortable. They do feel a little stiff, but that’s something that will loosen up with more use as they break in. The sizing is perfect; I’m a 9.5 and it fits excellently, and I love that they offer half sizes, especially since you’ll want to wear these with socks. The sparkle detailing gives them that signature GUESS jeans style — bold, fashionable, and fun. They look great with jeans, leggings, or tights paired with a sweater or sweater dress. You can also adjust the tightness easily if you like a looser or snugger fit. The only small detail worth noting is the gold lace tips — they’re stylish but a little heavy, so you need to double-tie the laces to keep them from coming undone while walking. These are pretty cute ankle combat style booties. There are many jeweled charms and embellishments attached to the front laces and Guess branding on the tongue, zipper and even lace tips. The heel gives about 2 inches of height. They are comfortable to wear and aren't too heavy. They look best worn with leggings so far. The material may seem a bit cheap as it squeaks when the tongue rubs against the same material on the inside of the lacing area. I was able to reduce that by rubbing a dryer sheet between the layers to reduce the friction. Wow, these GUESS women's Sionaa combat boots are so incredible! I am an 80s girl and I remember the combat boots, but not as awesome as these. I love Guess shoes, and still have my blue suede boots from 2000! I think the bling in great and love the classy way they incorporated their company name on them. These boots are solidly made and the soles are thick and sturdy. Once I loosen up the laces at the bottom to adjust for my feet, I was ready to go. I was going out to photograph 3 kids at their yearly birthday bash which means I will be running around all over for 4 hours, but they fit, felt and looked so good I could not resist wearing them. And the black is so classy looking with straight leg jeans. Bottom line, I had a great day and they never bothered me at all. No wearing in phase and these guys have a huge backyard. I feel they will last a long time and are a great value for the money from an established company in the field of fashion. Read more
