WOW! This product is amazing! I've been using this for almost one (1) week, morning and evening, and this oil has done awesome things already. First thing, the taste is just fine. It's flavored with peppermint oil, so it has a good flavor and is not overpowering. I have been healing my gum issues recently, and I incorporated oil pulling into my oral hygiene regimen. This oil kicks booty! My gums have been very sensitive and even after brushing with the softest toothbrush, my gums still felt a bit raw. I swished this oil for five (5) minutes, rinsed with warm water after discarding the oil and my gums felt so very rescued afterwards. I also had major calculus build up on one of my back teeth. This oil loosened the calculus and it fell out while spitting out the oil in a cup. So glad I did that, as I always like to see how much debris is removed from my mouth. I'M SO IMPRESSED!!!! I bought this product after using the cinnamon and farmed mint flavors. I would say the cinnamon is a stronger, sweeter flavor, and this is more subtle. This is their starter oil pulling formula. I will probably be discontinuing this line after this bottle because I personally did not see a lot of improvements from consistent oil pulling. Read more
