These say they are men's pants, but they work great for me a woman. Im 5 ft 4, 190 lb, and have to hem them because even wearing them high-waisted, they drag a couple of inches on the ground. I can wear them high or low-waisted for different looks and they look great both ways. The inside texture is silky smooth. POCKETS!! They seem well-made and durable. Im buying more in other colors. I like these pants. I wondered what 100% polyester cords would look like, but it just looks like corduroy. The fabric has a nice weight and is soft, and of course you don't need the stretch. I like the fact that the waist sizes are smaller for the length so us tall people can have the length without a huge waist. There is good elastic in the waist too which actually is strong enough to make difference. It's nicer having the wide legs so there is no impediment to movement. I can squat down and the waist never moves. These pants are well sewn everywhere including the button and zipper. If I had more money and wasn't worried about shrinkage in the washer, I would wear materials that are renewable and environmentally safe.....but I don't, and I do so these are great for me. Read more
