Will be returning. I ordered based off all the reviews praising this headset for its audio quality. The audio is so quiet I can barely hear anything, whether connected via 3.5mm jack or either of the wireless modes. I tried multiple different Xbox controllers and two different laptops, and yes, all volume settings set to max. Is actually slightly louder with wired connection, but still rather unusable for anything other than looking at, or a paper weight.
