I'm so happy I purchased these fleece sweatpants! We recently had a couple of weeks of very cold temperatures and a lot of snow. I wear sweats every day, at home and at work. I got these because I was tired if my legs being so cold with regular sweatpants. They are super soft inside and they actually don't feel too bulky to wear, which is something I was concerned about. These were a lifesaver in helping keep me warm and comfortable. I wasn't expecting much for the price point of these pants, but am happy to say they are of good quality. I immediately changed into these sweats from another Amazon generic "sherpa" pair I was wearing they arrived; I wasn't really impressed. The first thing I noticed is that the "fur" lining is VERY thin - a lot thinner than similar sweatpants that sell for the same price. They're OK overall, but these are definitely not as warm as a lot of reviews are saying; I've certainly seen warmer sweatpants on Amazon for comparable prices. As a test I went outside to split some wood and immediately noticed that, unlike the pair I was just wearing, wind pretty much just goes right through them - rather chilly experience. Exterior fabric is pretty odd - Might be semi-waterproof? It's kind of a shiny nylon that you would think more appropriate for a light jacket or maybe an auto seat cover - you'd think it would be good in wind, but evidently it isn't; wind seems to go right through it.
