Perfect set
I bought these for myself after I noticed my "bingo wings" were getting out of control. A physical therapist who was helping me recovrer from an injury suggested light weights and several simple exercises that would help strengthen and tone my arms. They come in sizes 1, 2, and 4 lb. Believe it or not I prefer the 2 lb weight, it gives enough resistance without too much strain, and after a few weeks I'm already feeling better. The carrying case is nice and secure and a great way to keep them organized and safe from getting lost. The material is comfortable and there is no unpleasant odor, like you would have with steel bar weights. Read more

great for beginners
after 4 surgeries on my right foot I needed something to get my strength back. This set is ideal for me. I put the 6lb. 1 on each knee and do lifts with my heels. And the 2lb's for elbow lifts. These weights have been a God sent to me since I can't drive yet to get to the gym. By the way I am on 4lbers know with elbow lifts. yay I am getting stronger. Read more
Handy beginners set of very light dumbells in a cheap plastic case
Nice assortment of DBs for the absolute novice. Got these for my wife per her home PT. As others have noted, thin plastic case arrived broken: it’s too thin to survive shipping from China in an unpadded cardboard box. Used duct tape to make it useable but the DBs alone are worth this price. They’ll probably be stored on the floor in our workout space anyway. Read more
