Love these little weights! I keep them by my recliner and do my arm exercises while my husband and I watch TV at night. Perfect way to get in a little extra arm work and they are super easy to hold! I'd been looking for a pair of 4lb hand weights that didn't require making that weight from a set of plates or some other such contrivance. These D's are the only ones I could find that fit the bill. And they are awesome. Nice thick and textured neoprene covers, and comfortable grips (I have medium/large guy hands - they may be a bit harder to grip for those with small hands). The color coding is a bonus should I decide to get another pair in a different weight. The only thing I would suggest is that if you get these, you should open the box immediately to verify you indeed received a pair. On the first delivery, upon opening the factory sealed box, I found only one grip weight inside. Of course, Amazon immediately made good on it. :) Read more
