First overall impression was that the bands were very high quality, performs like it suppose to. I use these in the morning to stretch and get a mini workout. The rubber material feels strong so I don’t have to worry about it snapping on me like others I had. Love the inclusion of the squat wedges, definitely helps my form and hit other parts of my legs. These wedges are sturdy and slip-resistant. They give me a deeper range of motion for kettle bell work and I instantly fell in love with using them on leg day. They’re comfortable to use while wearing sneakers or just socks. The density on the material is just right giving you good bio feedback without sacrificing safety. I find that adding in these smaller accessories to our home gym keeps it interesting since we can add and adapt different movements constantly. Read more

The wedges implemented into my routines so well. I do primarily bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, and calisthenic rings, mainly functional things. They’re stable and grippy on painted concrete. It took me a few uses to notice that they are numbered on the side to help you stack them in the correct order. (1) is flat on the bottom but the other two are notched and I’ve had to restack them enough times to lose patience about it 😅 I use them stacked toes uphill to challenge my hip and ankle mobility during squats and lunges, and toes downhill for goblet squats. I do high volume ring squats (they’re fun, like seesawing by yourself!) and these are grippy enough to stagger my stance without sliding away. These are also great for stretching of course. I’m 150lbs and these haven’t noticeably deformed under my weight + 45lbs - they do have a little “give” but it’s minimal. The resistance bands have markings clearly depicting the resistance level. They are on the thicker side and have a nice rubbery feel that makes me think they will last a while. I think the only possible downside here is that the wedges’ material attracts dust which will eventually make them slippery, but that’s not the fault of the wedges, just my cleaning. Read more

This set is so great for when you are doing RDLs or Squats and workouts like that, it works very well for increasing your rang of motion. It will help you get a bit more of a workout and push your muscles a little more. When you are higher off the floor you will feel it more in your glutes, thighs, and legs. The rubber is very string and feels like it will last years. It comes with three levels of height and you can separate them to whatever level you would like. The rubber is great and they do not move when you are on them doing your movements. It also has a case for the rubber steps and the bands, which is nice! It comes with some great resistance bands for lower body like legs, thighs, and glutes! They have various levels of resistance so you can see what level you want to do. They are good quality and you will feel the resistance on your lower body without a doubt, they are tight and feel strong. I would really recommend this set for your lower body workouts and will elevate your workouts and get more of a pump! Read more
