I'm terrible at keeping up with my relaxer, and tend to sweat out my roots when I workout. This product works well for me when I do yoga or have a lighter gym day, but if you are planning to sweat hard, you will have to do some substantial flat iron touch up. My headband didn't come with directions, but I did notice that others mentioned to leave the headband on for an hour or two after your workout, which I have done. Overall, great for a lighter workout, and will help to reduce the amount of touch up you'll need after a particularly sweaty session. Just be sure that your workout schedule aligns with your day in a way that will allow you to keep it on for enough time afterwards. Read more

Absolutely worth the price! This headband does the job and then some. I have worn this sweatband on my workouts and runs to herding cattle on the hottest most humid summer days and not drop of sweat got in my eyes. This band is plenty wide and long enough to be comfortable and not need readjusting. The style is perfect to wear under my hats. All around winner. Read more

I was really skeptical on this. Felt too light and wouldn't really sit on my head right. I sweat profusely during exercise and it drips into my ears and distorts the sound in my earbuds. I tried a variety of different headbands, none really worked. This is a lot of money to spend on a hairband, but I have to admit, it worked excellent. Sweat did not drip into my eyes or into my ears, or drip on the floor when I would bend over in exercises. The only place I had sweat on my face that I had to wipe on my shirt was my cheeks and that is a huge improvement. I'm super pleased. Read more

This is an awesome headband. I am a person that workouts out daily, I usually have braids but when I take them out I have relaxed hair which is harder to maintain if you sweat a lot. I thought this was pricey because I was sure it was like the other headbands. I WAS WRONG, it kept my head cool even though I was sweating, it protected my hair, the key is to slick your hair back away from your face and let you hair DRY COMPLETELY before removing the headband, this is a 10 out of 10 for me! I take spin, aerial silks, pilates and a trampoline fitness class...to say I needed this is an under statement. I will say initially I had a hard time keeping it on like other reviewers but I've learned tie it pretty sturdy now. Another thing to remember is you will still sweat, the key to this working... DO NOT TAKE IT OFF after your workout!! I leave it on for at least 2 hours after bc I have really thick hair. Read more
