I bought my Gyroor scooter back in September 2025. So I've had it for about 3 months. I ride it back and forth to work normally 6 days a week and I work a split shift. It's about 3 miles round trip twice each day. Total 6 miles a day. Plus I use it to get to the store or anywhere around town. I absolutely love my scooter. It runs soo well. It's gets up to 16 mph and around 15 miles per full charge and that's in the highest speed setting. I've rode in rain. No problems at all. I was very skeptical when looking for a scooter. I had recently lost my vehicle and needed a way back and forth to work. This scooter saves me everyday. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a scooter. Gyroor also offers larger volt size scooters Love my scoot scoot♥️ Read more
The media could not be loaded. I’m very happy with this purchase. As a student, I needed something convenient for getting around campus, and this scooter is perfect. It folds easily, fits in the trunk of my car, and makes traveling between buildings quick and simple. The build quality feels solid, and you can tell it’s durable when riding. The scooter reaches about 20 mph, and the battery lasts long enough for multiple trips before recharging. The removable basket is very useful—I use it for carrying my backpack during the week, and on weekends I take my dog for rides. She enjoys sitting in the basket while we cruise through the park. Overall, it’s reliable, fun, and a great investment. Read more
I bought this last Christmas for my son. He rode it a handful of times, probably less than 5, and one of the tires popped. It took us a while to find the correct tire to replace it with and then took a little bit for my husband to have time to fix it, but when we finally got the tire replaced, the scooter now won't turn on at all. The charger is lighting up green, which means it is either fully charged or disconnected. I tried buying a new charger and that didn't work. I assume the battery in it is bad, which is about $150 to replace. This is extremely disappointing for a $500 scooter that my son got to ride less than 5 times. I tried emailing customer support a few months ago and never got a response. I also tried calling the manufacturer and I get a "all representatives are busy. call back later" message with no option to wait on hold or anything. Absolutely not worth the money and customer service is nonexistent. Would give 0 stars if I could. Read more
The media could not be loaded. Awesome scooter. This is the second one we got since we got one and we loved it so much needed another for fun strolls in the neighborhood. One basket is nice for storage and adjustment seat. Goes nice and fast but still feels safe and fun. Charging is easy but holds a really long charge so don't have to plug it in often. This is easy to put together and instructions were clear. It's not too heavy so easy to store and move around. Overall we love our scooter and would recommend to others. Read more
I like it, it runs great, it holds a charge for a decent amount of time. The only thing I don’t like about it is it does not have a key. You just press the button and go. I wish you had a key so not everybody could press the button and go with it. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I got this scooter for my 12 years old son and we are so happy with the purchase. The scooter comes in a box very easy to assemble, just the chair, the basket, and the front handle. All electrical connections are hooked up already, anyone can do it. It comes with the needed tools and a very good instruction guide with colored pictures. It runs for approx 25 miles and the speed could be up to 15.5 miles per hour. Very comfortable ride that fits all ages. LCD display with 3 speed limits if you have young ones riding it, front and back night lights and a flashing light for the brakes. Runs really well and brakes really well. Very useful for fun riding or even running small errands! Highly recommended for everyone especially with this decent pricing! Read more
I am so glad I bought this scooter, well actually I loved it so much I bought 2. The price was perfect as well as the features. It has a seat you can ride on, a basket for putting keys, and a wallet, or small purse, it tells the mileage, has a headlight, and a backlight, and does not make a lot of noise when driving. The set up is not bad even though it comes in a big box. They also disguise the scooter so no one knows what is in the box. It's great for little trips, or a nice ride to enjoy on a summer day. Especially at the peninsula with family or your dogs. I might just order a 3rd one for myself. What a great ride if your not the motorcycle type. I can't say enough good things about it. Read more
The media could not be loaded. I consider this a successful purchase. Since I am a student and study at the institute, it is important for me that the scooter is convenient to use. It easily fits into the trunk of the car. I usually leave my car outside the institute grounds, and then I ride only the scooter on campus. It is very convenient and quick to get from one building to another. Before buying, I specifically studied reviews about companies that produce electric scooters. Gyroor has been on the market for a long time, and many people note the reliability of their products. That is why I chose this brand. The scooter is well made, you can feel the good build quality — when you ride, you can tell it is solid and reliable. It reaches about 20 mph, and the battery lasts for a long time. In addition, there is a removable basket that I almost never take off. On weekdays I put my backpack with textbooks in it when riding around the institute, and on weekends I take the scooter to the park and ride together with my dog. She loves sitting in the basket and feeling the wind. And I am sure this scooter will last for many years. Read more
