I saw that this was a frequently returned item so thought I would offer some insight. This works excellently if you follow the instructions precisely. In particular, do not mix it until about 20 minutes before you plan to use it. This is a natural product and if you try to mix it a day or two ahead, it will develop an odor. In this way, it is not like henna, which you might mix well before use. Follow the instructions and it's a great value for the price. Read more
