I'm disabled and about to have major surgery so this was a must have item. All my meds fit neatly on the top shelf below the tray. It slides well under & out from under my bed. It's easy to adjust and the video on the product page made the assembly a cinch. I'm disabled with grip issues and was able to assemble this in about 25 minutes. Very sturdy. My only wish is that the corners of the top were rounded but I'll put some soft corners on it since it's right next to the bed. Instructions were clear. I'd rather take a beating than assemble furniture, I'm so bad at it, but this was actually easy. And seems strong and sturdy, looks fine. Casters roll nicely. I use it for my laptop which I use a lot. It is not rickety or top heavy. Only complaint is the wrench they enclosed was too big to tighten the screws so I had to use my pliers. I really loved this, the top panel did have a crack in it. But I was easily able to get a partial refund for it. Probable that it happened during shipping. It did come packed very well in styrofoam. The instructions were very simple and easy to follow. It had an extra screw for most parts of assembly in case you loose one. It is compact wood, so you know what to expect. I was really excited to use this table for several hobbies because of the tilt and the power bar. Shortly after buying and putting this table together, the metal mount that the tilt bracket attaches to broke. I was no longer able to use the tilt feature of the table. I reached out to Amazon right away who got me in contact with the seller. Hadulcet was very quick and responsive with communication. They were also patient with my lack of knowledge of how to send attachments in the message app. They have been great to work with and have offered to send a replacement table. I have never bought such a disappointing piece of furniture. The tilt function didn’t even work and then the hinge just snapped off. I hadn’t even put anything on the table. When I first received this desk and assembled it, I realized that the rotating handle I received was broken & without that, I was not able to adjust the height of the desk-which defeats the whole purpose of this purchase. I wanted to return the product but I was not able to disassemble the desk (because the rotating handle was stuck in there) which made me even more frustrated. I reached out to customer service & spoke with Vickey. I explained to her the whole situation. Although it took a few back & forth messages, she reassured me that she would try her best to resolve the issue. At the end, she offered me the option of sending a brand new desk or a complete refund via Amazon Gift Card- with either choice, I didn't need to return the current desk back. Throughout our interaction, I was really pleased with the customer service that I received. I did end up choosing a new replacement- which works perfectly! Very sturdy & good condition. This is a decent table. I totally misjudged how high my bed was so this doesn't work for me. Putting it together was a pain as some pieces are exacty the same except the holes are on opposite sides. this DOES matter so pay attention. I had to undo a few parts. I don't like that you can't close the left side and make it flat. The wheels are bad but I like how it has the power strip. Read more
