It is very fun and faster than I expected. I have rolled it a lot, and accidentally fully submerged it in water and it still is going strong. The battery lasts about 40 minutes if you take it in a trail but only lasts about 10 minutes at high speed. The weels don't have a ton of traction and are pretty hard but the two on the back are actual spares. It has a brushless motor but it cogs at low speeds and has a wide turn radius. The lights are also very bright but the wiring is only duct taped on inside the body. The remote need to be properly set or else it won't reverse, buts its not to hard. I have DOZENS of RC cars, and this is hands down one of my favorites to drive! I usually drive it on hard packed sand/dirt road. It handles great, and its big enough to handle dirt and small rocks, but small enough to carry around and store easily, plus it is a GREAT value. I would highly recommend this truck or any Haiboxing car to someone just starting out in RC. Runs great on the provided 2S battery, and it's a wild ride with 3S! And it's a perfect size for my dog to chase around the yard. She's not going to damage it, but it wont hurt her. She's learned to flip it back over on the wheels when I roll it, because she can't chase it around when it's upside down. Read more

Had fun with it for a little, but it broke in 15 minutes when i took it to the skate park, the tires started wobbling and landed one jump a little funny, and the tire broke off. It started rolling and when that happened pieces went flying. And the receiver stopped working so it wasn’t driving very good. I thought it was a good car when I first got it but then it stopped working. Don’t buy. get something better. Read more

The media could not be loaded. BUY NOW! This rc car is the best one car I have ever driven. It goes like what 38 miles per hour. THAT IS CRAZY! Its controls are a little advanced and it is so fun to play with. In the manual it says that the controller will blink when it’s out of battery but it’s the car that blinks and makes noise. Even though I got to in winter and it shuts off because of the high amount of water that gets in the electronics it is the absolute best car ever! The controls have everything that you would ever need and want. It is way bigger than you think too. For such a good car it is pretty cheap not in a bad way. Read more

Ton of fun, absolutely rips on 3s. Close to 35-40 mph on 3s, 25-30 on 2s. Takes a good beating, I’ve rolled it quite a bit at top speed even on pavement holds up great. Body’s pretty flimsy, at least when you smoke a curb at full tilt but this things awesome. Definitely needs space to run, football and baseball fields for sure. Stock tires are a little crappy. I put grom wheels on asap with some 15mm spacers. Overall awesome car, great starter or for a cheap basher you don’t have to worry 100% about. Always love HBX stuff Read more

The speed is good on 2s it comes with. Steering servo is a hobbywing so it's good. My main issue with it are the shocks are absolutely horrible. Might as well not have any even completely pre-loaded they can barely hold up the weight. The oil they put in the shocks may as well be water. Way too thin. I had some traxxas 50 weight and it helped a little but still not good. Another thing is that it dont reverse every time. Sometimes you get so frustrated with it you just go pick it up and move it. Definitely not very comparable to other brands im used to. Don't think your getting losi or traxxas quality at least suspension wise. 2 years later it's beat up but still alive. Coming from Walmart rc cars, I thought this one is amazing at first. It states that this car can accept a 3s lipo, but the drive terrain cannot handle that power. The rear diff pin sheered on me, one of the wheel pins sheered, front axle sheered. This scale is slightly too small for any off road fun. Yes, it will run on grass or dirt, but it is not stable compared to a 1:10 scale. When playing in dirt, the smallest of gravel and rocks will throw the car off course. It rolls too easily on grass, pavement, and dirt. No matter how much I tried to tune the suspension, there is no improvement. Radio signal reached about 150ft when new, but it got reduced to 20ft the last time I used it. This was the last straw for me. I went through two of these car in the span of two months. Spend the extra $200 to buy you a quality rc car. This car will be impressive compared to Walmart “RC Bright” cars. But it is extremely underwhelming compared to a hobby grade rc car. It is a RC toy that wants to be hobby grade. But it’s not. Read more
