It’s a powerful, modern tool that significantly cuts down on styling time. The 110,000 RPM motor is no joke. It moves a massive volume of air, drying thick hair in about half the time of a traditional ceramic dryer. It relies on air velocity rather than extreme heat, which is much healthier for your hair. The 200 million negative ions actually make a noticeable difference. My hair felt smoother and looked significantly shinier after the first use, with far fewer flyaways. It is extremely lightweight. If you have long hair and your arm usually gets tired halfway through a blowout, you will love this design. It’s also compact enough to be the perfect travel companion. The 4 temperature settings and 2 speeds are easy to toggle. The "constant temperature" mode is great for preventing heat damage, while the LED ring indicator gives a nice visual cue of which heat level you're using. The reason I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is the button placement. Because the handle is sleek and slim, it's very easy to accidentally hit the temperature or speed buttons while you are styling. Additionally, while it is quieter than a standard old-school dryer, it has a high-pitched "jet" sound that might be a bit piercing for some users or pets. Read more
