My wife said "it's fine" which tells me its okay overall. I think if you are in need of a replacement or new hairdryer this is fine, but she didn't consider it an upgrade from her current hairdryer that she's been using for over the last 15 years. I think there's some familiarity there that has swayed her decision. I used it, its good, gets the job done quickly but I don't have a lot of thick hair or have any need for the attachments.
