Frustrating and Mildly Dangerous Product
Terrible product. I had something identical to this when I was a teenager (same color, shape, everything) and it was wonderful. When I ordered this I was so excited to use it. But all I got was like a burn/rash on my upper lip. DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT! Not only do the black pads not stick to the pink part, they seem to not be made for skin. It’s truely like an emery board for nails. Not at all what I wanted. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Read more

Ouch!
I ordered replacement pads and they definitely were not the same ones that came with the actual kit. I bought the Smooth Away package years ago and the pads had a little tab on the side. Those pads worked great! The replacement pads now don’t have the little tab to help peel away the backing and they are like sandpaper. I actually had burn marks on my arms, even when not rubbing very hard. 😡. Disappointing! Read more
