I’ve been using this hair and nails supplement for about 10 days now, so here’s my honest check in. First impression: it’s really easy to take, there’s no weird aftertaste, and it hasn’t upset my stomach at all. For results, it’s still early, but my nails already feel stronger and they aren’t peeling as much. My hair hasn’t transformed yet, which is totally normal, but it does feel a little softer and I’ve noticed less shedding in the shower.
