So far so good! It works amazing at turning my curly locks into straight and silky hair. It is very user friendly and didn’t take me any time to figure out how to use it. I have fine hair and it takes me about 10 minutes to do my entire head. I’ve used flat irons and straightening brushes in the past and this, by far, works the best. I keep it on level 2 because I can see this being damaging if used with higher temps or too frequently.
