This swimsuit cover up is just darling. My granddaughter wants to wear it as a dress with a tank top and shorts underneath but I think the knit is a little too holey for that. Perfect for summer though, for the beach or pool. I'm a little worried it will snag if something gets caught in the weave... it seems a bit delicate. Good lenght for a kid. As a smaller-on-top female, I can often wear girls’ clothes (36B). This is one of those times. I was impressed with the vivid colors in these beach cover-ups, so I ordered the light green model. It’s a joyous combination of different colors running horizontally down the cover-up. It’s well-made, and reaches to my hips. It will great to wear as a cover-up, and as a summer top atop a light layer like a tube top, racerback, or cami. It will pair well with jeans, leggings, capris, and shorts. This color block crochet swimming suit coverup is lightweight and adorable. The one thing that may eventually make my daughter stop wearing it is how high the neck comes. It is a high collar which, when she's wet from swimming and puts this on, may make it trickier to take on and off. The colors are beautiful, and I don't see any loose ends in the craftsmanship. Ordered this for a petite 9 year old girl in size 7-8 yrs old, color purple. So cute. Material is soft and stretchy. Runs big, I could have even sized down another size.
