Cute lightweight pants. They fit me well but the length was too long. The is pretty typical for me because I am short. Will need to get them hemmed to wear out. Thin material so you will need to keep that in mind. Since they are thin I would not consider them very higher quality. No problems with shrinkage yet. Read more

These pants are made of a beautiful fabric, and they are well tailored. They are very long with a fitted waist and gold button detail. My model is 5'5", 180 pounds and a size 14. We ordered a size 14. She is wearing a 3" pump in the photos and the pants touch the floor. The pants are high waisted and while the fit of the leg is flattering, you can see in the photo that the crotch area has a fold and bags across the upper thighs. In order to remove the pleat across the crotch area, the pants have to be pulled up in the front above the waistline, but they won't stay above the waist and slide back down to the natural waist which re-creates the bagginess. While the front of the crotch is baggy, the rear is fitted and the crotch is slightly short and a bit uncomfortable. However, the fabric is a rayon/poly blend that includes some spandex, so I have asked the model to wear them on and off as is convenient for a few days to see if they will stretch to see if the fit improves. I will re-fit them at that time with a belt to pull the front crotch section up to see if we can prevent the bagginess. The legs fit well and the flare is a nice flattering style element. In the listing, it says that the pants are Dry Clean Only, but that is inaccurate. As you can see on the label, the pants are machine washable, tumble dry low, so they are "easy care" in my book. My model is curvy and there is still plenty of room in the legs, but it could be that this design is for a much taller, more model-like physique and she has a standard length torso. I am disappointed about the baggy fit issue in the front of the hip section. It is not characteristic of a Halston design. For the quality of the construction and detail, I give this five stars, but as we are having to finagle with the fit to see if we can remove the front bagginess, I have to remove 2 stars. Read more

These pants are made from a beautiful fabric and the tailoring is spot on. They’re quite long, with a fitted waist and straight seam down the front, the classy gold button detail is a nice touch . I love the high-waisted cut it’s slimming and the wide leg is flattering without drifting into full bell-bottom territory. They look professional but can easily transition to a nice dinner out. I absolutely love these Halston pants! I also chose the matching blazer in black as well. The fit is fantastic! I chose a size 8 because I’m almost 5”9 and I’m 150 pounds - I probably could have fit into a size 6 but these pants are well made and are stretchy so they look great. I ordered these Halston flare leg pants in size 12 and they are extremely oversized or maybe just mis-sized. I do consistently wear a size 12 and these are not even close. The flat measurements equate to US size 16-18. The flat waist measures 18 inches, the rise is 12 inches, and the inseam is 32 inches. These would not fit if I added a belt and suspenders. Read more

Tall girls should love these pants! I’m 5’7” and was hoping to not need to wear heels with these but they are substantially long on me. Even with a 1.5” heel, they were still dragging on the floor. Are they nice enough to spend the $ to get them hemmed? Yes, but at this price point, I was hoping to not have to spend additional on hemming. I’ve recently lost weight and ordered them in a size 12 hoping they would fit. They are actually a little too roomy around the middle but fit in the seat and thighs…definitely wearable but not perfect. The online description says they are dry clean only but I was very happy to see that the garment tag says they are machine washable in cold on a delicate cycle and can be tumbled dry on low. They are comfortable and easy to style with the flare leg and feel like good quality pants that drape nicely and don’t collect a lot of lint and hair easily. They also came with extra buttons, which is a nice touch. I got them in black and they would work for any occasion but are slightly pricy for the fit. Read more
