I use this Hampton Adams athletic tape mainly for basketball, and it’s been great for ankle support. It holds everything in place through games and practices without loosening up, even when you’re sweating and moving a lot. I feel more confident cutting, jumping, and landing when my ankle is taped with this. What I really like is how comfortable it is on the skin. It doesn’t rip out hair when you take it off, and I haven’t had any irritation or sticky residue afterward. I can tear it by hand easily, and it sticks well without feeling overly aggressive. You get a lot of tape for the money so that made it a good value. It is NOT flexible. Good for stabilizing shoulder for torn rotator cuff. It is a good thickness and wide enough. Only saw it offered in the color black, no other varieties (at least at the time I purchased this was the only color offered (did not really matter to me). It is VERY sticky. You get this on it is not going anywhere until you remove it. I took away one star only because on the delicate skin on my shoulder blade and back of arm it irritated. Was super hard to get off and pulled a layer skin off, Ouch! Because of this i try to stick it down pull up and re-stick makes it not as sticky but it still is not going anywhere it will stay put. Maybe also because it did it on clean dry skin right after shower, maybe wait a few hours after shower so your natural oils in skin are replaced but you apply. Read more

This tape is perfect. My daughter sprained her wrist in wrestling. She had wrestling camp this week and I needed good tape to tape up her wrist. I took a chance and this tape fit the bill perfectly. Not sticky, tears easy…and did its job in supporting her wrist and she was able to continue working hard during the camp. I’m on here to buy more and figured I would leave a review. Read more

I would not consider this ways tear. When I tried to tear off a 8” strip the tape folded back on itself and I was not able to use. Good product otherwise but I needed to use scissors. Read more
