This tape is generally strong and usually does not come off with sweat. It unravels occasionally when I play soccer, but it's attached to my socks. It also leaves adhesive residue when on fabric, but on the skin, I've never had it leave any adhesive on me. When it doesn't unravel (nine times out of ten), it is strong and holds well! This tape sticks and sticks and sticks. It can be used on anything and has been. I use it with confidence that anything I have taped will remain taped till I take it off. It doesnt have to be used only for spotts. I would say, if you have a hairy body, better shave a little… if you don’t it can and will be quite painful to remove. Showering isn’t always a possibility. Best tape I’ve used so far. I’ve used it for thumbs, wrists, and ankles and it offers great support even after long sweaty workouts/games. I use this tape for flying trapeze to wrap my wrists. I also make a grip for my left hand as a reinforcement to my adhesive grip (soon to be replaced with dowel grips). I fly frequently so it was very helpful to be able to buy in bulk as I go through these very quickly. They are easy to rip so you don't have to use scissors. I know some tape are hard to rip when it's humid in the summer, but I haven't tried these in the hot summer humidity. I do have to replace my left hand grip at least once through a class, especially if I make the grip too tight, which is expected. Read more
