Glad I bought this.
I found this steam cleaner powerful and easy to use. There is great satisfaction in blasting hard grime out of places that I tend to ignore because they are hard to reach. The water capacity is perfectly adequate for jobs around the house. I did have to refill when steaming the drapes. I don't think that is unreasonable, however. A water tank that large would have been heavy and clumsy. I like the design and appreciate that it heats up and cools down quickly. This is an effective cleaner and a good value.
