I have been seeing tons of social media posts talking about the benefits of steam cleaners, so I I was very excited to have the opportunity to try this device! Overall, I would say that this item is just okay, though I don't have any other cleaner to compare to. These are my thoughts: 1. This cleaner comes with a lot of different attachments. I don't really want to have to keep this in its box - it would have been nice to include some sort of bag or case for all of these pieces. 2. When using the window squeegee, the design doesn't really work. If I have the rubber on top, the water just drips down. If I have the rubber on the bottom, that makes for an awkward movement of dragging the rubber from bottom to top? Might have been a better design to allow left/right movement. 3. The extension piece isn't really functional. While it ads maybe another two feet, you still need to hold the appliance base in order to release the steam, so you aren't really getting any additional reach. 4. Speaking of holding the appliance, the child lock is very annoying. Having. To manually hold the lock every time you squeeze the steamer is awkward and not ergonomic. I would much rather prefer a lock/unlock toggle. 5. It's very cumbersome to have to leave the device plugged in, as that greatly restricts where this can be used. It would be much better if this came with a rechargeable battery or even a quick release plug that allows you to use the device without the cord once the water has been heated. 6. The microfiber cloth worked okay, but this only came with one. I would recommend including at least 3 as they will get dirty. 7. The attachment joints are all plastic threads. This made it a little challenging to attach and I worry that they will strip easily. 8. The directions state to not use any cleaning solutions, chemicals, or fragrance in the device. It would be nice to have the option to use a cleaning solution designed for the appliance, if desired. I plan on trying to use this on a few more areas, but it's fairly cumbersome and likely won't be used very often. Read more

I ordered this for a few reasons. The device is functional and easy to use. It seems durable enough for my house hold needs. It’s not huge so water capacity is smaller but I liked the size. I used it in the high rise building I live it to steam clean our screens from the inside. There was some bird gunk on them and this worked very well. Steam quality was good… not too hot and didn’t damage the screen. And cleaning power was perfect for the screens. It did the trick. Read more

This is definitely a steamer! It only takes 3/4C water, so that's not very much and it streamed for abotu 45 minutes and still had water left! Surprisingly it did clean the part of carpet I was working on, even though nothing sucked the dirt out, it just put steam in. But somehow it cleaned that section of carpet! I'm impressed! IMPORTANT: I thought it would have a suction part to suck in the steam that it puts out, but it just steams. Read more
