Great steam cleaner! Bought this unit for several purposes from general household cleaning to car detailing. Fairly powerful and portable for the price and size. Comes with several attachments including a hose which is nice for the harder areas. I like that it comes with a fill cup but I do wish it had a visible fill line just in case. I purchased this to deep clean my old farmhouse, for reno. It was my grandmothers before so there's years of grease build up on the old cabinets! Nothing I've tried before has taken it off. The pic is the before/after. I'm sold! This works AMAZINGLY!! It's super easy to set & use also. I like that it's light weight as well, so it's easy to pack around, especially when you're working in higher places. The cord length is great as well, it's longer than I expected. I was super impressed with the thickness of the steam & the pressure that it came out at! It took me less than 5 mins a cabinet to throughly clean! The window tool works great to clean walls also. I used it on the wall behind the stove to get grease build up there. I absolutely love this little steamer!! It definitely gets super hot so keep your hands back. Product looked used. When cap was removed you can see rust spots tested out product on heat on car window to remove window tint that was damaged and worked great. Still a good investment just make sure it’s an unused one. Read more

Huge regret buying this product! Followed instructions to a tee..added water..plugged it in..light turns on and then off when it's ready. Went through the routine 3 different times. The most I got was 3 weak spurts of lukewarm steam. Definitely not HOT as I was able to place my finger in front of the steam, that was warm at best. I was looking forward to using it and it was an ENORMOUS disappointment! Have to send it back for a refund. I would give this product minus ten stars if that was an option. Read more

I had a large floor type of steam cleaner before, never liked it, because it took forever to heat up and I had to lug around 20 ft of wire plus 12 feet of steam hose, but steam pressure is sure impressive. with this one, I wanted something easy to hold and heat up fast and this definitely met my goal. with 175ml of water, it heated up and ready to go in 2 minutes. steam pressure and temp was on par with my larger one. basically spray the area with nozzle close to the surface and wipe. I took a product video cleaning my messy kitchen island. the heat and pressure basically melts any grease and grime and just a gentle wipe of paper towel is all I need to finish cleaning the surface. I bought this to deep clean stains on a couch. Unfortunately, the steam cleaner does not generate enough steam and pressure to clean it effectively. May work for light duty cleaning. Read more

We have an overactive freezer which collects ice at the pan. A repairman suggested that I procure one of these from this company so that I didn’t have to call him. It’s no surprise that it worked. It was a surprise how easy it is to use and how many other applications it has in the house. In its first trip out of the box, we de-iced a freezer, cleaned the nooks and crannies out of the fridge, cleaned the windows, and the seams on the kitchen counter. Why did we do all that? Well to see what it could handle. Recommend reading the instructions when you get it. It has safety features at play that you will want to know about. What could I be talking about. Well, you can think you need more water and try to open it for a while and it won’t let you. Unplug it for 5 minutes and then it should let you open it. You see that steam could burn—but you would not know this if you didn’t/don’t read the thin manual. It took like three minutes in all. Read more

I like this handheld steamer. I WAS looking at the Bissell but it only had four stars and this had 5 .It works very well so far....I've used it on my kitchen window grooves where all the muck gets in and I've used it on my bathroom baseboards .I've used it on all my baseboards and even my stainless steel microwave rack which I actually use to store sugar , syrup hot sauce ect ...It gets quite mucky .I could not beleive how much grease I got off of the stainless steel with the steam. Also I want to mention , this little handy steamer has different attachments for different jobs .I've even cleaned my plaster walls with no problem...This little hand held steam machine is awesome !
