This thing is AMAZING! I bought this mighty little machine to make some tasks easier as I have Fibromyalgia and am 54 years old. Things that require ‘elbow grease’ are becoming increasingly difficult. The contents of the box were exactly as shown and the gloves are very efficient at protecting your hands and arms. The machine is compact and easy to carry even when its tank is full of water. It is easy to use and only takes a few moments to heat up. The pressure is perfect for general cleaning. Problem areas such as burnt food on your oven or stove top require that you focus the steam longer in that area or use one of the attachments. I have used this little guy on my stovetop, oven, microwave, shower, tub, grout, floor, washer, dishwasher and sinks. It is not quiet but not as loud as a vacuum. Best advice steam an area turn off the machine to scrub trouble areas and then turn the machine back on to steam the area again if needed. Just a few notes of advice… * it is steam, there will be water that needs to be cleaned up. Also, it will drip water prior to the steam release and when you turn it off. * you need to be ready for a steam facial and if you wear glasses they will be a problem!😥 * if you are using scrubbers other than the included attachments, be careful not to melt bristles 😁 * the metal portion of the wand will get hot enough to burn skin. The steamer is small but mighty. Came nicely packaged, All attachments (1 X Brass Brush, 1 X Extension Tube, 2 X Plastic Brush, 1 X Nozzle, 1 X Glass Brush, 1 X Upholstery Cloth, 1 X Funnel, 1 X 2.5M Power Cord, 1 X Gloves, User Manual) were included. Easy open rubber cap on the top, and using funnel provided, filled steamer up with approx. 1 liter of distilled water. The unit heats up quickly and does spit water so be prepared to have a container of some kind to catch water (I used an empty coffee can as previous reviewer suggested). First I cleaned off 30 years of grease marks off of the stove. (See before and after pictures - We just purchased the house). And truly I was surprised how quickly the steamer cut the grease. After the initial pass, and with some residual staining remaining, I used Bartender's Friend for the second pass with the steamer. Wow, just wow. Next, I used the steamer on my tiled floor and grout, also used Clorox Multipurpose Spray house hold cleaner and scrub brush - and with a little elbow grease witnessed years of filth was removed in a cinch. On the top of the steamer, are + and - signs so you can adjust the steam output depending on what you are working on. I adjusted the output to '6' and was satisfied with the results. You don't need to be a techy to operate - it's very intuitive. It's lightweight and very easy to operate. Did all the staining on the stove top go away? - no. But I am happy with the results. I love this steam cleaner. Works great and really cleans the engine compartment. It is small, so don’t expect miracles. It takes time to cover an area, but the results are great. Much better than pressure washing. Just as clean and you don’t damage delicate components. Upholstery is next. Read more

It worked amazingly well... for about a week. :( the cleaning power was impressive! Unfortunately, for the price, I wish it had lasted longer. After the fifth day of use, it suddenly stopped producing steam. Even though we only used deionized water, something must have clogged the system. It’s just not as durable as I hoped for regular around the house cleaning. That said, if you’re planning to use it occasionally or for small cleaning jobs, it’s a cute, lightweight option that works great while it lasts.
