For $30, the handheld steamer system has only a 400ml tank and if you’re looking to do more than 15 minutes of continuous work you’ll have to refill before that. I did use this for smaller cleaning projects and it works decently well. What’s not worked so well is the grout stains but it took out grime and gunk. I think with the attachments and all it works totally ok for cleaning here and there. And the unit is not too pricey at $30 only. I have used this device several times on tough to clean stains in the bathroom. In all candor beyond blowing hot steam on the various surfaces not one spot moved on bit. If it wasn't for post holiday depression I would send this back. Read more

I wasn't sure how this item would work, I have tried a steam mop in the past and it didn't work very well, but never a hand held steamer like this. Despite looking and functioning like a clothes iron on steroids, this steamer was exactly what I needed. It is easy to assemble despite not being able to fully insert the steamer into the hose attachment due to the tight fit, it was powerful enough to blast the ring of crud around the bathroom and kitchen faucets from hard water, clean the dirt off of silicon caulk, I used it to clean the inside of the microwave, it removed stains from my trashcan lid that I haven't been able to remove in years which is great because I was worried about scratching the stainless steal and this just removed everything. The water spots on the shower doors were also removed with no effort. It does put out a lot of steam, so I had to keep a towel with me when using it since everything was coated with water, but it was very satisfying to use and to see things I have struggled to get clean dissolve in a matter of seconds. I do like that the cord is extra long, it would be much better if it was battery operated so I could use it in my car and other places without an outlet, but not a dealbreaker for me. Read more

I'm not really pleased with this purchase, but maybe I'm not using it properly. It didn't work as expected because the steam isn't as hot as needed and doesn't cut the dirt as advertised. I'm still using it, but need other tools to do the jobs as well. On the plus side, it's light-weight and easy to fill. I wouldn't recommend for really, heavy-duty clean-ups. Read more
