The media could not be loaded. I really wanted to like this item. First, I tried cleaning built up grease on my stove and the grates. You can see it breaking the grease up, which is great, however, what’s not so great is that it leaked, all on my hardwood floors, making it not functional for my intended use. Second, I used it to steam my son’s baseball pants, which was very muddy, and after one wash, it’s was a lot cleaner than normal, but this is with the use of the steamer, shout max, and some other stain remover. Due to being able to steam pants over an opened washing machine, the water leaked inside of it instead of on the floor, which gives an overall rating of three stars, because fighting those red stains is a nightmare!
