Item doesn’t work & no customer support
I bought this item back in late May of 2025, use it around the house and it worked perfectly fine, also use it on the floors and the grout turned out looking great! 3 moths later and the machine doesn’t work anymore! For this reason I won’t recommend this product, and don’t waste you time w/customer support because there’s NONE after certain time. 👎🏿 Read more

The media could not be loaded. Works well....but hose burst on first use! After less than an hour of carpet steaming! I was able to repair it with simple tools. It's been working perfectly ever since. The seller offered a partial refund...Hence, I still give it 4 stars out of 5. No issues since the repair. Read more

This product does not work as expected. It does not produce any steam. The water just leaks out of the nozzle and the unit never gets hot. Completely unusable and a waste of money. I do not recommend it. Read more
