Since purchase I have used this steam cleaner a few times, it does a great job. I was able to remove heavy layer of limescale and soap film on the shower walls after I sprayed with vinegar and soap solution, using the scrub head it did a awesome job. The machine is very easy to use with simple instructions, the only issue I have is finding replacement brush heads. The company should offer their own replacement attachments, I am having difficulty finding these items. I am finding that the scrub heads will need to be replaced often with heavy duty jobs. This steam cleaner really really works well. It's lightweight and so very easy to use. Not to mention, all the extra attachments that comes with it. It heats up quickly (like 10 seconds) and produces a strong stream. It’s very lightweight and used it in my kitchen and my husband’s disgusting shower. I haven’t used it yet on my furniture but, no doubt, it will do a great job. No elbow grease needed with this little steam cleaner. Just add water, plug it in and after 10 seconds, it’s ready to work. What I love most is that I don’t have to wait for a cool down to add more water! Besides my cat chasing the cord, this steam cleaner is a big win in my house. Lastly, I can’t get on the floors any longer to clean so, this steam cleaning machine is a great purchase.
