This steamer was a replacement from another one that I purchase it only last 1 month and stop working. I did a research for a better one and I found this one, this machine look almost same from my previous one but the hose is better quality and the steam gun is way better you can select 3 different speed from the gun as soon I start the machine the gun doesn’t work and I almost return this item but I went to buy another AAA battery and works. The cleaning power is awesome even on speed 1, really clean and disinfect years old of scum’s from the outside windows craps, after that I change the attachment with the squeegee to clean the window glass the steam is so powerful that makes my windows looking new. A lot of different attachments also I was able to clean my Hood Range filter, it’s remove 100% all of the cooking oils, also the Electric Cooktop is super clean and shine only using water no chemical at all. hands down, the best steamer. I have had the bissel steam shot and having to hold your thumb down for extended periods of time and how often the pressure needed to build was annoying. this machine starts up quick, holds so much more water, and makes it so easy to carry around. The only thing I have an issue with it the attachments, they are very loose, so I have to adjust quite a bit, but its still not bad . Read more
Found out( after opening) that(2)AAA batteries were required. After returning from the store, discovered that the tips provided, fell off the hose-end, and when I made one fit by wrapping tissue paper around the barrel, it wasn't able to remove built-up grease in the corner of the frying pan...Don't give up,I thought. I'm sure that it will take care of the grout between the tiles...NOPE! ! Didn't even lighten it. Thank goodness for Amazon's return policy. Read more

This is just a glorified mist machine with a small heating element that sort of warms up the mist so it’s not ice cold. Unlike a proper steamer which has a boiler and the tank is pressurized. This is literally just a mist machine. The tank is not pressurized, the water in the tank doesn’t heat up at all. It produces a very heavy mist and the heating element is only at the exit point.
