This product is absolutely amazing! I can't believe I just discovered how fantastic a steamer can be. I particularly love this one for several reasons. Firstly, it's incredibly easy to use. There are no complicated settings—just three levels of steam controlled from the handheld portion. Honestly, I couldn't tell much difference between the settings; they are all impressively powerful. The handheld needs 2-AAA batteries, not included. Secondly, the size is fantastic. Although it seems small, it holds a substantial amount of water and doesn't take up much space on the bathroom floor or in tight areas. It produces so much steam that I often found it hard to see what I was doing! I decided to address some problematic areas. One was a recliner with hair product caked on the cushion. The other was my daughter's bathroom, where her doorknob was coated with hairspray and dust that nothing else could clean. I got so excited that I ended up tackling other areas in her bathroom that were also covered in hair product—my steam mop never even came close to cleaning those! This steamer comes with several different attachments for various situations, including some grippy gloves and an extender. What an amazing device. Read more

This is a handy steam cleaner. I have two other ones that are much larger and they are such a hassle to deal with; however, this smaller one is so much easy to use and store. It has a pretty good tank capacity for it's size. It also works great for vehicle cleaning. It gets in the corners of home windows and loosens up dirt and grime, unlike just using a rag to clean. I wish the cord was bit longer when I do more comprehensive cleaning to keep me from having to unplug and plug in so much. It is built fine for the price point and meets my cleaning needs fine. This steam cleaner has an impressive amount of steam. This cleaner is easy to use, just fill with water and press a button. This steamer holds a really nice amount of water, and its easy to fill and drain. There is a good amount of attachments and its easy to attach them. As my title states, this “portable” steamer does steam alright, in fact, it steams a lot even on its lowest setting (3 settings) but it is cumbersome to use due to its own limitations. For starters, the tank appears small but holds a great deal of water, so that’s a plus. However, the power cord is rather short, so you’ll be limited to staying close to an electric outlet or having an extension cord; not so much for portability. Second, the hose from the tank to the “gun” is also short, so not only are you dealing with the tank connected to the outlet with a short cord, you also have to carry the tank so that you can get to use the gun with its short hose. Now, the gun does bring an extension rod, but it is barely over a foot long, so it does not make much of a difference. And on the matter of the rod, it does not have an outer cover/layer so unless you want to get scolded, keep your hands off this rod which you will find difficult when keeping it steady requires you to support the rod…bad design. Third, not content with having short power cord and tank to gun hose, you also have to use 2-AAA batteries to get the steamer working. Why this can’t have the controls on the tank itself, seeing how you will have to carry it around next to you, and forgo the additional batteries is beyond me. This causes you to always have AAA batteries on hand to use this. What’s more aggravating is that this is not steam on demand to warrant the gun having any battery powered controls, as all you can do is long press to turn on and then short presses to change the intensity, but once it is going it does not stop unless you turn it off. So again, no need to bother having the gun use separate batteries just to turn the tank on which could be done at the tank. Now, as far as usage, I tried to clean my windows with this and these were my observations: - when using the squeegee attachment, you are unable to attach the towel cover so that all of the steam it produces even on the lowest setting ends up pooling at the base of the window and making a huge mess. - when removing the squeegee attachment to use the “towel attachment” it does a better job at removing grime, but then it leaves streaks behind because…there’s no squeegee attached. - the rest of the attachments are laughable in size, so I’d say they’re pretty useless. All in all, I say this should not be more than $30 and for the price listed, you’ll be disappointed with what you get. Read more
