OMG this little guy worked Great! I needed something to help clean off the baked on grease and gross stuff from my stainless cooktop. This little guy work perfectly for me! I pre cleaned the cooktop with the proper stainless cleaner and then used the steamer with the long concentrator nozzle to work on the baked on stains. I bought this mainly to clean my stove and baseboards but it has been a life saver with cleaning my bathrooms too! It is a great little steamer and good value. It worked well and got the job done. The media could not be loaded. The machine is working, pretty good however the head the scrubber head gets ruined in one use so you cannot use that much after that. I think they should send you several heads. I don’t know where I could find another one. Read more

It works very well! Had to contact support as the hose attachment sprung a steam leak within 10 minutes of use and they are shipping a new one to me. Have used on glass top stove, cupboards, doors, microwave, the fronts of my stainless steel appliances, and my oven. It is very handy. Heats up quickly and the steam pressure is good. Read more
