I’ve used several cleaning tools over the years, but this handheld steam cleaner has quickly become one of my favorites for tackling small but stubborn cleaning jobs around the house. It heats up in just a few minutes and produces strong, pressurized steam that works really well on grease, grout, and bathroom surfaces. I especially like that it uses only water, so there’s no need for harsh chemicals while still cutting through dirt effectively. The included 10-piece accessory set is very useful. The different nozzles and brushes make it easy to clean everything from tile and sinks to upholstery and even car interiors. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and the handheld design makes it convenient for tight areas. With a short heat-up time and several minutes of continuous steam, it’s powerful enough for quick deep-cleaning tasks around the home. I bought this mostly to clean grout and random stuff around the house and it actually works pretty well for the price. Heats up quick and the steam is strong enough to break up grease and dirt without having to use a bunch of chemicals. The different attachments are useful too once you figure out which one works best for what you’re cleaning. I like it for cleaning hard to get stuff out of the carpet, like sticky messes. Only downside is the water tank isn’t huge, so if you’re doing a big job you’ll be refilling it a few times. For smaller jobs though it’s great and definitely makes cleaning easier. The media could not be loaded. There is nothing good I can say about this steamer as far as how it operates. The first one I received came used with rusty water inside the reservoir and muck on the fill port and brass plug of the lid. It also had something rattling around inside of it, which I didn't know if it was a feature or if it was broken. I did not use that one and I returned it for a replacement. A few days later, I received the replacement. This one looked perfect with nothing rattling around. However, as soon as I got the unit ready with attachments and filled it up, it started dumping out water right at the power cord attachment. THIS IS A HUGE LIABILTY and future lawsuit. By the looks of other reviews, the quality standards and checks for safety have not been run on these units. Other than the danger, this unit has nice attachments and is a good size. It would be nice if it came with a bag to house it while not in use. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on if it works well or if it's easy to use, b/c I don't want to get shocked. Read more
While this may be a decent steamer, the Chinese folks in charge of product packaging should all be fired immediately. There are too many problems to rate this as a quality item: 1.) As you can see pictured, the shipped box comes with a ton of little parts all of which were meticulously crammed in there such that no human could ever do it again. (Good luck trying to return this). 2.) They provide no means by which to store this cleaner in your home. I mean seriously, where is one supposed to put all these small pieces and attachments. A nice bag would have been great. 3.) For a potentially dangerous item, the instructions are TRASH. Chinglish brings new meaning here with the documentation riddled with typos, missed words, grammatical errors and ambiguous instructions. 4.) There are parts that you don't know if they're spares or what because they're not mentioned anywhere. For example, two rubber rings, 3 identical brush attachments, a small beaker and funnel, etc. 5.) There is a stand-alone rubber strip which presumably goes with the scrubber tool as a window cleaner, but yet there's no way to attach it, not instructions in how it's supposed to work. Folks, I received this item for free from Amazon Vine. I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone actually pay money for this. If they update this item with larger print, English-written documentation on what all the included parts are for, how to attach them, and how to use them, then maybe I'll change my mind. This steam cleaner is simple to use and light to carry around. It comes with a measures cup and funnel to load water into the machine which is very helpful and an instruction manual which provides clear and concise instructions. The print is small but not as small as some of the manuals I’ve received. . The versatility of the accessories is the best part of this steam cleaner. I like the brush scrubbers and the cloth cover used with the paddle shaped accessory and the hose. Everything attaches easily, which was a concern of mine, because I have limited use of one of my index fingers. The pressure of the steam cleaner powers dirt away fast and the machine heat up in less than the 3-4 minutes that the manual suggests. The power cord is very long and offers a great deal of mobility. I do wish that 2 cleaning cloths were included instead of just one. I think this is a great steam cleaner and I definitely recommend buying it. Read more
I’m very excited to have this steam cleaner for sanitizing and cleaning stubborn grout and hard to reach places in my kitchen. You can see from my before and after pictures how well it cleaned around my kitchen sink. Much better than just a scrubbing brush and cleaning chemicals that I’ve tried. I’m still figuring out putting on and off all the different attachments and haven’t tried it on cloth surfaces yet. This will be great for sanitizing the home when one of us is sick to help protect the others from catching it. I’m especially looking forward to seeing if it can help prevent stomach bug spread as it’s so hard to sanitize and keep it from spreading in the home. When I screwed off the lid there was already wear on the metal as it if had been used or already exposed to water. I’m not sure why the metal looks corroded on the cap since the rest of it appears new and functions well. The cord is also a decent length. Read more
