I like this small steamer because it’s easy to use and removes all sorts of dirt from non-porous surfaces. I’m a car guy and in about two minutes after turn on I had pinpoint steam focused to remove under hood and wiper recesses to clean up a show car that’s been outside a year. It blasted the leaves and grime without any harsh soaps. The funnel fits nicely for filling and the premature cup ensures not overfilled with water. The variety of attachments get you in or on the area needed. After car work I tested it on grout and it blew off soap scum well in slow sweeps. The capacity of the tank gives you about five minutes working time. The advanced heat & pressure fill plug won’t allow removal while pressurized or super hot. You have to unplug, hold release until all steam gone, then unscrew, otherwise it spins freely. While that sounds frustrating it’s not and protects you from severe scalding if you were to open cap pressurized. Overal a hand tool in a hobbyist detailers arsenal. Read more

This steamer works well, easy to fill, quite a bit of steam. Only thing that would make it a five star is if there was some way to actually see how much water is in reservoir so you could tell how low water level is getting. All in all it is a good steamer. Read more
This is a nice steamer. I did have a moment where the water leaked but I’m sure it was operator error with steaming clothes because that was the only time it happened. Cleans tile nicely and I love cleaning with it Read more
I was only able to use this product once, and I would have given it five stars had I reviewed it then. Unfortunately, after my first use it broke. After reaching out to the customer service and having the experience I have had, I’ve decided that people should hear. Performance wise, this thing is great. Cleared off a year of soap scum, caked on grease, and all with no chemicals. However should you have issues with this thing, be prepared to not have anything done for you. I expressed to them that only after one use the product stopped functioning. I was asked my order number, and I have yet to hear back. I did reach out attempting to utilize the products warranty instead of attempting to return it but I should have just returned it instead Though my experience with the product was great, everything that followed really put a damper on the product as a whole. It does get very hot, it does a great job of steaming. But the pressure is meh 🤷🏻♂️. Now when I changed the nozzle to the flat one for ironing and steaming clothes for some reason it leaked hot water on occasions, and left what I was trying to steam drenched in water. I tried this in the bathroom and it did push out nasty gunk from certain areas of the restrooms. I tried this on the stove and it did not really do a good job with the stove. This thing had okay pressure and only recommend for light cleaning but it's great for sanitizing ( blows lots of hot steam). The cord is very long which is nice to. Read more
