I have no qualms with this. It works really well; I just spent the entire afternoon using it. Heats up fast, lasts quite a while with 350ml of water (two cup-fulls- I use distilled because I want this to have a long life with no hard water buildup), no leakage, steam is consistent, the steam lock works, the cord is a decent length. It cleaned up my never-before cleaned oven very effectively, with a bit of elbow grease and some awkward angles due to the semi-short extension hose attachment (to be fair, I am 7mo pregnant and can’t move around as easily — that being said, if you’re pregnant and in nesting mode, get it. Works just as it should! Little heavy for my weak wrists but it does its job and comes with every attachment you could ever need! Have a baby on the way so trying to reduce my use of chemicals. Read more
I've never used a steam cleaner before, so I have nothing to compare this to. But I really enjoy this steamer! Our house has one bathroom, and I have a husband and two young boys... so a steamer was necessary ;) It took me a few times to get the hang of it, but it works good and with the amount of water it holds, can clean quite a while. It heats up well and seems a good high heat. I haven't used all the accessories, but am looking forward to trying them out. It is very easy to use once I got used to it. The instructions are helpfulI also. I LOVE the lock, as it saves holding down the button if I'm cleaning one spot for a long time, or I can guide the steamer with one hand and wipe with the other hand. And the cord is wonderfully long. Steamer works great and has been fantastic for deep cleaning, HOWEVER after about 10 uses, the lid wont come off for me to refill the water. I only use distilled water, and I always wait for it to cool down to take the lid off, so it's not build-up or messed up threads, as far as I can tell. Yay! I sent them pictures and explained the situation. They responded promptly, and shipped me another unit free of charge. I am impressed! The unit they sent me has clearly been used, as there was some build-up and corrosion around the opening of the water reservoir, but I don't mind as it is working great, and the lid on it has NOT gotten troublesome so far. So maybe my other unit was just a fluke? In the meantime, here are the pros and cons: Pros: Affordable Works great Lots of accessories Update: Good customer service!
