Effective gadget!
I purchased this gadget and it’s definitely a game changer. I have used it to steam clean my kitchen cabinets, clean windows and so many orher things. The steam and squeegee cleans the windows fast . Overall a great item. As indicated be careful with the steam it’s quite hot. The machine will not allow you to open it until it has completely cooled down. It may seem like an inconvenience but definitely a safety measure. Happy cleaning ! Give it a try. Read more

Works ok for small projects due to small reservoir.
Item works as it should, but the reservoir capacity is very small so you get about 5 minutes if spray time between refills. Refill requires 2 min cool down, fill and 2 min heat up. Slows down bigger projects. Don't expect this amount of steam will clean off baked on grease as the videos show. You need to wipe and repeat. I used it to clean my gas grill surface, grates and burner shrouds. Needed to use brass brush and then wipe after steam softened it. Heat will deform the supplied nylon brush quickly Read more

I specifically purchased this steamer to power clean the tile grout in our kitchen. It did an amazing job! Photo shows patch of grout before steaming and after. I did use a tile brush with Mr. Clean and then steamed. The results were better than I hoped for. Our kitchen grout is white again! I will be using the steamer for other projects as well. This worked as well as my expensive Scuunci that finally bit the dust. Read more

Didn't come with any cleaning pads. Item close to useless without them. Will update review if I can get dome support from seller and I am actually able to use the cleaner. Very disappointing.
