Product does make steam - but two critical flaws. The cap must cool down for about 10 minutes after steam runs out. I get that is a safety feature, but if doing anything other than a small quick job there will be 18-20 minute breaks to cool down, fill tank and heat up again. That is just a silly long time with all the safety built in. Pieces fit together well, so attachments earn the positive review. The on trigger is another huge problem. There is no on lock like others, so you have to constantly squeeze the trigger to get steam. After just a few minutes, this is challenging to grip strength to keep going on a steam job. Read more
