The media could not be loaded. I do not recommend purchasing this item, broke after during its first use of course outside the return window. Video attached showing it just shoots water instead of steam out of the nozzle. The item advertised the pressure was 3 bar. Which was not true, rather weak. The actual item’s water reserve tank is smaller than what was described, but also made it more portable, so this was acceptable to me. The manual for this item was limited and required some investigation. An extension cord is required as the power cord was rather short to be useful. I've tried several types of steamers over the years in search of finding the optimum features for my needs. I'm a little torn about this steamer, but it does work well for it's size and capabilities. It's fairly easy to use, and cleans well with the given attachment options. What I don't like right away is the handle setup. I've never used a steamer that requires batteries to operate the steaming handle, but this one takes two AAAs. The handle also doesn't cut off the steam without being powered off, and when it's powered on the steam pours out. I find this steamer needing both to be plugged into a wall and requiring batteries for operation to be less than desirable. I suppose that this could be a safety measure to prevent the steamer from over pressurizing, but none of the steamers that I've used before operate in such a manner. It takes about ten seconds after powering off the handle for the steam to stop, which is less than ideal for some working areas and conditions. The button placement for activating this steamer is also in an inconvenient area, and I find myself accidentally pressing it while moving the steamer handle around as I work. This steamer does build up steam pressure more quickly than any steamer type that I've ever used. It takes less than a minute to get strong and steady steam out at any of the three power levels. Also this steamer doesn't lose steam pressure and doesn't need to sit while it recharges the steam, it gives continuous steam for as long as I need it. This is a great improvement over the kettle type of steamers that I started off with, have had four of, and gave up on the type. The steamer works well to clean with its attachment array. I don't like how the attachments won't twist-lock onto the wand's nozzle, and with enough scrubbing action they can fall off, and have fallen off mid-clean. The cord for this steamer is only 5' long, but the cleaning wand hose is reasonably long, also at 5'. I do need to move this steamer from one outlet to the next in a single room for cleaning multiple areas, but since this steamer charges back up so quickly it's not such a big deal. The attachments that come with this steamer are sparse in regards to other steamers that I have. I would say that this steamer is better for focused point scrubbing and scraping with a window cleaner head thrown in than it is for all-over, multi surface type cleaning, but it does get the job done well with the provided attachments. I used the brass bristle nozzle of this steamer on the baked-on greasy grime of the drip pan of my stove and on the gunky ring underneath it. The ring practically melted off, and the drip pan took several passes but cleaned up significantly. This steamer even got the raised and blackened stuck crud from the basin of the drip pan, something that I didn't expect. The window attachment also performed quite well on the window of the door from my kitchen to my laundry room. It gets a lot of grease from the cooking air on it, and this steamer melted the oils right off and left the window sparkling (after a wipe down with a dry towel). This steamer obliterated the buildup on the outside of my chest freezer and around the gasket! It took no time at all for this steamer to get my freezer looking sparkling clean again. This steamer is priced comparatively for others with a similar array of attachments provided. I'm satisfied with the generous size of the water tank, the power and continuity of the steam, and the cleaning capability of this steamer. I would prefer a handle setup that doesn't requite batteries and has a different activation location, but overall this steamer is powerful for it's small size and gives satisfactory results. I bought this unit because it wasn't the cheapest available; I figured it was built better with less compromise. My first unit worked great until it didn't, the red light would briefly flash and nothing more. New batteries didn't help. I sent for a replacement, The second one worked for about 2 hours and stopped heating and would only pump water out the wand. Going to box it up and return also. Read more
