Broke after 1 use

I bought this mixer so I could make Christmas cookies and I was making my second batch and the mixer started making a loud noise and broke before I could mix my cookie dough. I had to throw away my cookie dough because I couldn’t finish mixing the dough. I cannot believe this broke during the second time I used it. I’m so disappointed in this product!
